Lateral Spring Plungers
Lateral spring plungers are spring elements that function sideways and are equipped with a ball, a pin or an internal thread. They are often also referred to as spring retainers and are used in a wide range of applications in various sectors, for e.g. positioning, holding and applying pressure to components. Thanks to their flexibility and functionality, they help to increase efficiency and precision in various work areas.
Lateral Spring Plungers
Lateral spring plungers aid in the positioning and clamping, holding and fastening of tools and parts during engraving, labelling, drilling, reaming, threading, honing, grinding, welding, soldering, assembling, etc.
The lateral spring plunger works according to a principle similar to that of the spring plunger. With the lateral spring plunger, the force is applied horizontally to the thrust element and not vertically. Lateral spring plungers are available with or without threaded sleeves and with a suitable offset bush for holding them.
