Delivery terms
Our Service: Exclusively for Business Customers and Public Applicants (Schools, Universities, Public Authorities).
Prices are in USD ex-works, excluding packaging plus valued added tax. Prices confirmed are correct according to the date of order. Prices are subject to change.
Minimum quantity surcharges
For goods below $30.00 , charge $6.00
For goods below $15.00 , charge $12.00
Goods in stock with standard shipment will ship on the same day when order is placed before 2:00pm ET.
If you do not specify a shipping method, we will choose the least expensive transport option. All consignments are insured for transport. Delivery ex works, according to Incoterms 2010.
Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped via the most efficient UPS service and are subject to the rates from said carrier. Shipping costs will be visible in individual shopping carts only after logging into your account in the online shop.
We predominantly use recyclable and environment friendly fillers.
Our invoices are payable within 30 days from the date of invoice. For payments within 10 days we offer 2% discount on the invoice amount provided that all invoices have been paid.
Our invoices are issued in the ZUGFeRD e-invoice format (PDF with XML data) as standard.
In general, we do not accept the return of goods that have been correctly sold and delivered. Exceptions can only be granted in special cases where a previous agreement has been made. The return of goods is made at the expense of the sender. Only items in sound condition can be returned to stock and credited. Return of goods are only accepted when accompanied by a copy of the delivery note. Custom made parts are generally excluded from return.
